In 2016, it is planned to build 11 hotels in Moscow for foreign citizens who temporarily reside in the capital. It should be noted that by 2025 it is planned to build six more hotels in which labor migrants will live. The implementation of these plans is included in 2 state programs: «Housing 2012 -2016» and «Construction of hotels». There are currently 369 hotels and inns on the territory of Moscow, the total number of places of which is 86 thousand. In 2025, 355 hotel complexes of various types with the number of beds — 156 thousand will be built in the capital. More than half of Moscow hotels will have a three-star class. 17 new hotels will be hostels for labor migrants. They will have six-bed rooms, the total number of seats will be about 25,010 units. Housing for guest workers is planned to be built as far from the center as possible, the largest — in industrial zones.
