Article 20. Engineering-geological and engineering-geodetic survey work
(1) The purpose of engineering-geological and engineering-geodetic exploration work (hereinafter — design and exploration work) is to obtain initial data on the territory necessary for planning, drawing up a construction project and construction.
(2) An entrepreneur performing design and survey work, within 10 days from the date of completion of the work, is obliged to inform the local government of the results of the design and survey work. The results of design and survey work can be presented electronically. When performing design and survey work, the requirements for a geodetic system within the meaning of the Law on Databanks should be taken into account.
(3) The local government is obliged to keep the results of design and survey work for at least 99 years from the date of presentation of the results..
(4) The procedure for the performance of design and survey work shall be established by the Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications..
Article 21. Examination of a construction project
(1) Examination of a construction project is an assessment of the compliance of a construction project with the requirements for it, including an assessment of the compliance of a structure under construction with the requirements.
