Kalush of Ivano-Frankivsk region was visited by an initiative group of nikolayevets. The results of the trip were summed up during a joint meeting with representatives of the local municipality.
The main topic of the event was proposals from the city authorities in relation to the implementation of the sale of land on the territory of Nikolaevka. This will be carried out exclusively through an auction, the press service of the State Agency for Land Resources announced. The head of the initiative group Maksim Nevenchany said that the current Land Code will be able to provide opportunities for speculation in land. This will be done only if this land is sold at auctions. The participants of the meeting were familiarized with the main normative acts that affected the organization of auctions on the territory of Kalushi. The officials provided the relevant regulation on the order of land sales. As a result, it was decided that the experience of the Carpathian city would be taken as the basis for the implementation of the same plan on the territory of Nikolaevka. The city’s activists drew attention to the fact that per capita in Kalush, funds are spent three times more than in the territory of Nikolaevka. This fact became decisive in summing up the results of the meeting. According to the first deputy of the city head Yuri Andrienko, the issue raised is quite complex and serious.
